Reservations are limited to two groups per day, and reservations are made first.

Even after payment has been made, if another customer has already made a reservation, we will issue a refund and cancellation.
When making a reservation for a "Catering chef ,Personal chef", please consult us in the following cases.
▹Confirm the reservation date and time in advance　▹Meal start time is other than 11:00-18:30　▹Use on consecutive days　

▹If the service stay time exceeds 8:30 pm in Sapporo city or 8:00 pm outside Sapporo city, chef may need to stay overnight, etc.

How to order “Catering chef ,Personal chef”:

①Please select "Delivery" even if the chef will be cooking at a designated location.

② Please enter the event address in "Delivery address" and the start time of the meal in "Delivery time". *

③ Select the area, summer/winter ④ Select the desired dish and quantity ⑤ Please pay from the cart at the top of the screen.

*Please set the "Delivery time" accordingly if you want to have it delivered to your home or picked up at a store.
