① Assortment of 6 seasonal appetizers (example)

Specially selected crab, seasonal shrimp, cold Hokkaido vegetables, seasonal fried fish, low-temperature cooking of northern shellfish, Hokkaido tofu

②Fish dishes (grilled seasonal seafood wrapped in paper)

③Meat dishes (chicken, pork, beef, upon request)

④Professional sushi, carefully selected Hokkaido rice, 7 types (medium fatty tuna, tuna, sea bream, shrimp, scallops, yellowtail, salmon)

⑤Dessert (lunch time only, appetizers etc. are upgraded at dinner time)

From ① to ⑤, cold items are served cold and hot items are served hot.

A professional chef will serve the food in the order it is freshly prepared over an hour and 30 minutes.

(Stay 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours: 1 hour preparation, around 1 hour 30 minutes serving, 1 hour cleaning up)
